I'm Kate!
Hello! I am hoping to share a little about my life and what it's like to follow Jesus. When coming up with a name for my blog I had to think, "what do I struggle with consistently? And what do other people struggle with?" I realized then, after much Bible page turning and head-scratching, I STRUGGLE WITH CHOOSING.
It is the simple choices in life that create who we are, how we think, and the way we act. I had to start asking myself, "So Kate, what are you choosing today?" I challenge you to think about this question. Today, what are you choosing? It could be something good or something bad. Something you're proud of, or something that makes you feel ashamed. Something you cherish, or something you despise... Today, what are you choosing? Well, I will tell you what I'm choosing today. I'm choosing commitment, I'm choosing health, I'm choosing freedom, I'm choosing JOY, but above all, I'm choosing Jesus!
Those are the ideal choices, but I struggle daily to not go the other way; to not choose laziness, unhealthiness, heavy chains, despair, and anything and everything but Jesus. So welcome to this place where I will be sharing what I choose: sometimes the good, and sometimes the bad and ugly... a last thought to leave you with: "Who is the man who fears the Lord? He will instruct Him in the way he should CHOOSE" Psalm 25:12. Today, what do you choose?
I'm Nicole!
Hello lovely people! I am a lover of babies, bikes, baking, and adventure! (I like to see life as one beautiful and challenging adventure). I need to bring some realness into where I am at right now, I have terrible allergies, I’m at a coffee shop, my nose is bright red (matches my hair), I’m out of tissues, and snot just dripped onto my chest, oh how I love allergies. Anywho, I am just so thrilled to be apart of this blog and more importantly a sliver of your life! I hope we can get to know about
each other, and share in this community: the good, the bad, and the inbetween. If I am being honest with you, I never thought I would be apart of something like this, my life has gone through many twists, turns, ups, and downs, but I know this is where I am
supposed to be right now! May we share in this community, and choose to embrace where we are right now in this moment. I have a feeling a lot of life is going to be lived here (:

I'm Sophie!
Hi there! My name is Sophie, but many people call me Loaf. I have a crazy love for a lot of things (vegetables, ice cream, literature, hikes, and fluffy dogs to name a few). But I have to be real with you, I have never done anything like this before and I have no idea what I am doing. Sometimes everything makes so much sense and life's a breeze. Then a few minutes later, I feel like an infant who knows nothing and can barely take a few steps without stumbling over my own two feet.
I don’t know about you, but my life is really confusing and messy! There are parts of it that are beautiful, and parts that are downright ugly. So instead of struggling to achieve the unattainable goal of perfection by myself, I am so excited to join my dear friends Kate and Nicole as we share with you what our lives REALLY look like. The beautiful, the ugly, the hilarious, the tragic, and everything in between. My hope is that by embracing the reality of what life is like right now, we can grow together with you and learn how to live life so much more fully. So be encouraged :) Because just like I have been learning that I am not alone on this crazy roller coaster of a life, I am pretty sure that you aren't either.
