Can't Sleep?

Last night I laid in bed for 30 minutes with millions of thoughts, worries, ideas, excitements and fears racing through my head. I was exhausted, but just couldn't get myself to sleep.

I quietly crept out of bed (so as not to wake up my roommate) over to my desk, turned on my phone flashlight, and exploded all of my thoughts onto a page. Slowly, by the end of the page, the explosion of words formed itself into a prayer, "How do I do it all Lord?". His answer was simple, "Be confident in Me" (Psalm 108:1, the Psalm for my Bible-in-a-Year reading plan that day...)

I am choosing to trust that what God has placed on my heart will come to fruition. I am choosing to trust that through Him, I can do all things. I am choosing to trust that despite my circumstances, I can experience the intensely redemptive love and joy that God gives freely to me! Are you choosing to trust Him today? Will you be confident in Him?
